Hi, I'm Sangeetha.
I did not arrive here through a mountaintop moment. I arrived through an ordinary life that looked right from the outside and slowly stopped feeling true on the inside.
ABOUT
I did not arrive here through a mountaintop moment. I arrived through an ordinary life that looked right from the outside and slowly stopped feeling true on the inside.
I was raised in Southern India, where the oldest questions were part of ordinary life - who we are, why we are here, how a life is meant to be lived. Ancient wisdom was not a subject I studied later. It was the air in the house. I never met it as religion. I met it as a way of understanding how things actually work.
Then I built a life in another country, in another language of success. I became a CPA and a Chartered Accountant and spent almost two decades in corporate finance - leading teams through audits, transformations, systems and the kind of pressure where someone has to stay steady and solve it. There was recognition along the way, including being named a Marquis Who's Who in America honoree. I am grateful for that life. It taught me rigour, responsibility, and how to carry weight without dropping it.
I don't share this as a list of accomplishments. I share it because it is the ground this work grew from. I am not asking anyone to leave the real world. I know exactly how real it is.
Inside the achieving, a second life was running - a quieter one, asking about identity, purpose, God and consciousness. For years I kept the two apart: capable by day, questioning by night.
There was no single dramatic event. The same lessons kept returning in different costumes - through work, relationships, achievement, identity. Then my body and my life asked me to stop. Doors I had been pushing on closed. The momentum I could always summon simply did not come.
That pause was not the breakdown of my life. It was the beginning of an honest one. Slowly, rejection began to feel like redirection, and an old question - Who am I? - stopped being philosophy and became the most practical question I had.
I was not being asked to become someone new. I was being asked to remember who I was underneath everything I had learned to be.
Because I could not find what I needed. Ancient teachings that were beautiful but written for another century. Modern spirituality that promised a dream life if you believed hard enough. Neither met me where I actually lived - a mother, a professional, a daughter of two cultures, with deadlines, love, grief, bills and ambition in the same day.
So let me say plainly what this is not. It is not a course. It is not a technique, a practice to add to your morning, or a body of knowledge to master. It is not a religion, and I am not a guru. There is nothing here to join and no one here to follow.
What it is: the universal truths - the few simple things that hold true about being alive - taken out of heavy, inherited language and made usable on an ordinary Tuesday.
Those truths are rooted in ancient wisdom. They also keep reappearing elsewhere: in what physics says about observation and energy, in psychology and the nervous system, in astrology's old map of cycles, in plain lived experience. My work is to connect those dots, and to test every one of them against a life actually lived - mine, and the lives of the people I sit with. I am not here to prove anything to you. I am here to hand you something you can use.
And it belongs to everyone. No religion, no faith, no sect, no belief, no gender, no background is required or preferred. Whatever you call the larger thing - God, source, consciousness, nature, or nothing at all - the truths hold. We are all doing the same improbable thing: cosmic beings, navigating a human life on this earth.
What I offer is not more. It is less. Fewer borrowed stories about who you are supposed to be. That subtraction is the whole movement from a "Template Life" to True Identity.
I found my way here the long way round, through a breakdown I did not choose. Now that I know the road, I would like to make it shorter for whoever is meant to walk it. I am not looking for followers. If this is for you, you will feel it before you finish reading.
You may recognise yourself somewhere in here.
You have built something that works, and lately it costs more to hold than it gives. The targets that used to pull you have gone quiet. You are good at your life and tired in a way that sleep does not fix.
You are holding a job, a home, children, ageing parents, everyone's schedule but your own - and somewhere in the middle of all that competence, you have misplaced yourself.
You have read the books and listened to the talks. You understand it all. Nothing has actually changed.
You feel more than you used to, and you are not sure where to put it. Old certainties have loosened. Something is shifting and you have no name for it yet.
Or a door closed that you were sure was yours, and the momentum you could always summon simply did not come.
If any of that is true, hear this clearly: you are not broken. You are in transition. Most of the world will tell you to fix yourself, optimise, push harder. I would rather tell you the truth, which is that this is a beginning, not a failure.
And this is for anyone. Corporate or at home, thirty or seventy, certain of your faith or done with all of it. A "Template Life" is not a religion's problem or a culture's problem. It is a human one.
Not a new personality. Not a better version of the same striving. What changes is the ground you are standing on.
Surviving the day becomes being present in it. The noise quietens enough that you can hear yourself think.
Looking outside for the answer becomes trusting what you already know. You stop outsourcing your life to other people's certainty.
Burnout stops reading as failure and starts reading as a turning point - the place where something true began.
The identity that no longer fits gets to fall away, without you having to burn down the life around it.
Knowing the ideas becomes living them. That is the only part that has ever changed anything.
And slowly, life stops being something that happens to you and becomes something that moves through you.
None of this asks you to leave your job, your family or your faith. This is not escape. It is the same life, lived awake.
"Be a Living Light" was never meant to be mine to own. A Living Light is not a title or a level anyone confers. It is simply a person who has remembered who they are, and who lives in a way that makes it easier for the next person to remember too.
I don't want followers. I want Living Lights. I trust that whoever is meant to receive this will find their way to it, the way I eventually found mine. I only hope to make the road shorter than mine was.
Love All. Serve All.
